1. Offer hand sanitiser from sanitising stations situated at entrances to your premises
2. Use digital media for ordering and cashless payment systems to reduce physical contact
3. In hospitality and retail environments protect your staff and clients by wearing gloves and masks
4. Display signage which relates to mask wearing, one way systems and social distancing
5. Use doors or windows as serving hatches
6. Furniture may temporarily need to be removed to ensure that customers collect and take away at the same time as maintaining distancing measures
7. Install Sneeze/cough and till screens to add another level of safety for staff using payment points
8. Sanitise surfaces on a regular basis to reassure your customers
9. Where possible create an easy to follow flow with a separate entrance and exit
10. Discounts for customers who use their own travel cups and reusable mugs
11. Offer disposable take-away cups and lids for greater protection
12. Increase pre-packaged food items as part of you new link deal offers
